Abstract
- The article presents a study that investigated a serological surrogate for bone marrow assessment to optimise patient management and the patient experience. It discussed the findings to demonstrate a potential use for performed serological tests as surrogate markers for bone marrow minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity. It mentions the Isotype and International Staging System (ISS) distribution, median marrow plasma cell involvement, and median lactate dehydrogenase levels.
