Abstract

The article reports on the prevalence of extragenital chlamydia and gonorrhea among men who have sex with men (MSM) in U.S. in 2017. The cases were from MSM-frequented venues in five cities including New York City, Washington, D.C., and Houston, Texas. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) used the Aptima Combo 2 Panther system to examine specimens of MSM patients.
