Abstract

The effect of sodium nitrite and barium titanate particle inclusions on the dielectric properties and the Curie temperature of the ferroelectric AgNa(NO<subscript>2</subscript>)<subscript>2</subscript> is studied. It is shown that the presence of 10 volume percent of BaTiO<subscript>3</subscript> particles increases the permittivity 4 times and raises the temperature of the phase transition by ΔТ<subscript>c</subscript> ≈ 10 K. The presence of the NaNO<subscript>2</subscript> particles leads to the increase of dielectric permittivity of the composite, but it does not influence the Curie temperature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
