Abstract

The article presents a case study of a long-term response to daratumumab in a 69-year-old woman with advanced immunoglobulin light-chain (AL) amyloidosis and organ damage. It states that the patient experienced a temporary partial response and the decline in bone marrow plasma cells after receiving dexamethasone and melphalan treatment. It mentions that the woman restarted daratumumab due to pneumonia and is being monitored for infection.
