Abstract
- This paper considers chaotic masking and reports on the amplification of the information signal, which is observed in restoring the information signal, together with its mechanism. The systems considered in this paper are the R-L-Diode circuit, the Lorenz system, and the generalized Hopfield network. It is found that the result of restoration depends on the frequency of the information signal, and it is intended to account for the amplification phenomenon by examining the frequency characteristics of these systems. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
