ALTERNATIVAS PARA LA PROTECCION DE LOS DERECHOS DE LOS MIGRANTES, PERPECTIVAS Y RETOS.

This communication explores the different approaches with which migrations have been analyzed in the context of current globalization, with the purpose of identifying viable solution alternatives to the problems presented by the violation of their rights, and the diversity of approaches to control of the migratory flows. In the same way, it explores as variables the right to asylum for reasons of insecurity and economic instability, and to a progressive labor mobility to face the dynamics of migratory flows as a consequence of the globalization of inequalities. Our premise is that the lack of legal recognition in international or regional instruments, of human rights to asylum for reasons of insecurity and organized crime, and labor mobility, inhibit coordination efforts between countries of origin and recipients in the management of the migratory flows.
