Despite ag downturn, shoots of optimism sprout in southwest Minnesota.

The article focuses on the data of southwest Minnesota's Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) which shows that job vacancies in the southwest region have roughly tripled to about 2,000 openings since the economic recovery began.
