Abstract

This project designed and produced a hanging cleaning robot, which integrates various functions such as geared motor, sensor, water pump, camera, lifting structure and control structure. It can not only replace the manual cleaning of the wind turbine tower, but also select the appropriate cleaning force in real time, control chip data communication synchronization, machine working condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and analysis, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, communication interruption protection, and movement. And yaw, time-frequency waveform analysis and operation status data acquisition. The robot can solve all kinds of problems encountered in the cleaning of wind turbine towers [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
