Abstract

The results of molecular-genetic studies on the Scots pine cenopopulations from the isolated gorges of the Central Caucasus are given. The quantitative assessment of genetic differentiation degree for the Scots pine cenopopulations from different altitudes in the area under survey has shown reliable differences between the studied samples of subpopulations and local populations by means of Nei distances.
