Cataloging is not always something people consider doing on the go or through a mobile device. While it is not traditional and does not include all the typical elements of a catalog system, mobile cataloging done with the help of the "cloud" enables libraries to provide an alternative type of catalog for their users and may even make the cataloging process easier than the traditional means.
