Abstract
- This paper describes the collaboration between two university professors teaching two separate site-based courses in inclusion and diversity pedagogy linked by a common field experience in the same school. This collaborative model, so highly recommended in elementary as well as secondary settings, was implemented in two teacher-preparation courses on Inclusion and Diversity. The courses are taught on-site at a nearby elementary school in close proximity to the university campus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
