Abstract: The article brings to light one of the cultural projects dedicated to World War I, called the Romania - France Cultural Season, highlighting France's contribution to the rebuilding of the Romanian Army after our country entered the war alongside the Entente. On this occasion, the journal "Les Annales politiques et litteraires", on 17 September 1916, sees the light of the print, which brings together, under the title "La Roumanie", articles dedicated to the history, geography and culture of our country.
