Abstract

The article offers information on a study which highlights that the predominant clinical feature of pityriasis lichenoides chronica (PLC) in dark skinned patients may be hypopigmented macules and patches. It mentions that patients with clinical and histopathological diagnosis consistent with PLC were included. In subjects with clinical suspicion of early mycosis fungoides, immunohistochemical analysis was done to discard this diagnosis.
