Abstract

This article reviewed the latest research progress in thermally conductive polymers/ graphene composites and emphatically discussed the influence factors on thermal conductivity of reinforced polymers, which included the structure and surface functionalization of graphene, the core-shell structural composites or hybrids with graphene as well as their synergistic effect, graphene foams and their processing technologies. Moreover, the current problems in the industrialization of thermally conductive polymers/graphene composites were summarized and their development direction in future was prospected.
