Abstract

The article presents a case of a 58-year-old female with lymphoid chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML)-blast crisis who switched to nilotinib as treatment due to intolerance to imatinib and dasatinib maintenance therapy. She was also diagnosed with isolated central nervous system relapse (ICNSR) based on bone marrow (BM) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) findings and underwent intrathecal chemotherapy twice a month. She experienced BM relapse and nilotinib was discontinued.
