Statutory Canon Aimed at International Organization Immunity.

The article discusses U.S. Supreme Court case Jam v. International Finance Corp. addressing international development project gone awry in India. The case addressed whether the International Organizations Immunities Act which affords international organizations the same immunity from suit that foreign governments, confers the same immunity on such organizations as foreign governments have under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
