Abstract

Doctrine, legislation and jurisprudence have importance in defining typologies of biodiversity bioresources. Matters of doctrine mainly concern to philosophy of life and the complexity hypothesis practical-theoretical in the current global geopolitical order. Legislation and jurisprudence must be built on the basic of relevant conclusions of specialists in gender diversity of Earth's ecosystems bioresources. This paper will analyze the current and future opportunities for bioresources at the confluence with the legislation and jurisprudence, what can positively determine avoidance of major crisis. Among the risks to which humanity is subject, the food insecurity occupies a leading position. Currently, the biggest challenge is to feed a growing population, to insure health and collective welfare, without harming the environment and bioresources. The responsibility of the present generation is to ensure the right to food for future population, through a management efficiently, fairly and rationally of the Earth bioresources. Legal regulations that contribute to economic development and the prevention and combating poverty. The content of the paper provides students and researchers / specialists with the opportunity to be informed about the legal tools and mechanisms necessary for a good management and sustainability of the biological, land, human and material resources of the world agriculture, but also to the food security, in the actual environmental crises, global poverty, under-alimentation and over-nutrition of the world's population, etc. The importance of international cooperation is reflected in the need to adopt and promote tools and legislative measures, as well as implementing of new rules and legal norms comprehensible and easy to apply in safety and food security.
