Abstract
- A Pennsylvania hospital violated federal labor law by dominating a so‐called "employee council" for environmental services workers that had actually been started, financed, and supported by the employer, the National Labor Relations Board ruled (UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, 06‐CA‐102465 et al.; 366 NLRB No. 185 (2018)).
