Abstract
- The article presents some books on law and justice. These include "Social Justice," edited by Richard Brandt, "Jurisprudence," by Edgar Bodenheimer, "Liberty," edited by Carl J. Friedrich, "The Public Interest," edited by Carl J. Friedrich, "The Concept of Law," by Herbert L.A. Hart, "Jurisprudence," by Karl N. Llewellyn and "Justice and Social Policy," edited by Frederick A. Olafson. The article also says that the legal profession has neglected to emphasize training for law students in advocacy and the criminal law. These books provide an insight on the subject.
