Abstract

A hybrid structure strategy, utilizing a perovskite/MoS2 bulk heterojunction as the photosensitizer and a reduced graphene oxide layer as the conducting channel, is developed. Using this structure, high‐performance photodetectors are realized by selective electron trapping process induced photo‐generated carrier recombination suppression.
