CAT KILLERS AND ROBIN'S LAW.

An editorial is presented which expresses its dissent against Great Britain police in south London recording that Croydon cat killer and all of the cases of cat mutilation as no crime as it was assumed that mutilation and cause of death of cats due to vehicle collision and attack from scavenging urban foxes and notes the public have protested against police recordings. It also states it supports the lone women's demand for protection of Robin birds and also cats.
