Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 70-year-old woman who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for lesion in a middle rectum. The specimen of the process was retrieved using the large rectal endoscopic submucosal dissection. The rectal enema resulted into the impaction of the specimen without further mechanical retrieval. Pathological evaluation of the patient revealed villous adenoma and dysplasia.
