Abstract

The article looks at a study which evaluates impact of azacytidine treatment on aberrant DNA methylation in Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukaemia (JMML) patients. Topics discussed include membrane elements such as adhesion molecules, developmental processes and cell cycle-related genes, assessment and genomic DNA extraction and sequence analysis and scenario of pathogenetic epigenetic regulation and specific levels of hypermethylation.
