Abstract

This paper studies the quantized feedback stabilization problem for nonlinear systems with external disturbance. A dynamic quantizer with a quantization parameter is implemented in this paper. To extract more information, the quantization parameter is updated according to an updating protocol at the discrete-time instants. Three quantization cases are studied in this paper, i.e., state quantization case, input quantization case, and output quantization case. Based on the updating protocol and Lyapunov approach, sufficient conditions are developed for quantized feedback stabilization of the closed-loop system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
