Abstract
- Calls for the need of the government to implement educational reforms to give education to disadvantaged individuals in Great Britain. Attention given to create market forces within the state education service; Challenge for the government to recall that the rights of parents qua parents are grounded in their duties of trusteeship or agency in securing children's actual or future interests; Benefit of quasi-mystical faith in the wisdom of the forces of the market to provide an adequate substitute for intelligently planned educational policy.
