Abstract
- The article discusses issues related to ground-level ozone ion Colorado. Topics include ozone and its health effects; the Clean Air Act's history and the current state of the Act; and how the Environmental Protection Agency has and currently regulates groundozone pollution along with an analysis of historical and potential future judicial scrutiny concerning the agency's regulation of ground-level ozone.
