The paper analyzes the issue of Brexit. It also considers inclusion of Gibraltar into Great Britain and contradictions between the Great Britain and Spain on its sovereignty. The paper designates legal basis of the status of Gibraltar into Great Britain. It explains attitude of Spain towards solving the issue of Gibraltar. Influence of Brexit on Gibraltar in view of its specific geopolitical position. The paper concludes that influence of Brexit on Gibraltar will be similar to that which will take place in case of administrative and political parts of the United Kingdom. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
