Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old female patient who presented to examination because of urticarial rashes after having prednisolone doses. It discusses the detection of skin reactions including epidermal spongiosis, intraepidermal vesicles and subcorneal necrosis of keratinocytes after skin biopsy, and diagnosis of an atypical acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP).
