Abstract

The article discusses the use of public-private partnership (PPP) and public procurement contracts in France. It outlines the impact of the "Big Bang" legislative reform of 2015-2016 on the contracts. Topics discussed include major shifts in definition and typology of PPP contractual schemes in the country, general features of the contractual schemes and a PPP contract to be a long-term global contract.
