Abstract
- We integrate the "competitive advantage" logic of firms and the "service dominant logic" of markets by the "enculturation determinant" logic per context in modeling and propose a consumer-centered brand function be formed with additional two vectors: product functionality per competitive relevancy and brand knowledge and experience as scaled by dominant enculturation.
