Abstract

Building an effective classroom learning environment requires that business ethics teachers pay particular attention to creating a classroom environment that values the ideas others have to offer. This article discusses the importance of conversational learning to business ethics teaching for effective learning. The paper also considers the business ethics teacher's role in using a conversational learning approach to teaching business ethics and some learning processes used to create a classroom climate conducive to this approach for those interested in creating new kinds of conversation in their business ethics teaching efforts.
