A Resister in Gun Country.

The author reflects on being a gun-control activist in Virginia, where open carry of a gun without permit is legal. Topics include the author's participation at the Roanoke Women's March for women's rights in January 2017, her support on the efforts of a local lawyer to petition Roanoke's city council to ask the state legislature to introduce some gun restrictions which then failed, and being intimidated by a gun-rights advocate at her home for being vocal about gun control measures.
