ЄВРОРЕГІОН «КАРПАТИ» ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНОЇ СТРАТЕГІЇ УКРАЇНИ

The social and historical, geopolitical and economical preconditions of creating the Carpathian Euroregion are analyzed in the article, as an institutional form which enhances the international cooperation of participating countries. It was clarified that this form of cooperation between the countries, nowadays, is one of the most effective forms of dialogue between European countries. This approach is particularly relevant in the area of the new European integrational concept development of Ukraine foreign policy. The following cooperation is proved to provide system regulating characteristics not only in the sphere of economy, culture, ecology etc. but also in the security part in particular. It is emphasized that the most productive in the development of the relations in the Carpathian Euroregion sphere is the cooperation between Ukraine and Poland. The most important integrational aspects of the Carpathian Euroregion are highlighted not only in the regional level but also in the global context. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
