Abstract

The article presents the popularity of Australian wine in the United States. The wine from Australia is famous and has washed the wine shops and supermarket aisles. A closer look reveals that the country's white wines arguably provide a broader taste spectrum than the reds do, and at similar values. Australia has several cool and moderate-climate regions, the ones that tend to be best for making good white wines, and the range of flavors. In the previous year, some people were turned off by the country's white wine for one simple reason and that was over-oaked Chardonnays, a wine making trick used to provide everyone's favorite white grape with lots of obvious wood flavor.
