Abstract
- The research paper entitled above gives trace on simulation model for finding Personal Characteristics and Banking Behavior of Customers. This study examines the extent to which customers' personal characteristics have influence on the banking behavior of customers. The study uses primary data which was collected from 550 responders. The responders are taken from different profession and different age group. The bank can offer different kind of services like ATM, Net banking, Mobile banking and so on. The main objective of the paper is to find the result of customer satisfaction. The result is found by chi-Square test. The result of study indicates both positive and negative influence on banking customer behavior. The feedback of customers include the demand for additional facilities, upgrading modern technologies, provision of quick and of international-class services, transparency in transactions with the customers, opening branches/ATM in closures /strikes like situation, solving cash shortage problems that occurs on some specific occasions.
