Bilateral transient osteoporosis of the hip in pregnancy.

The article presents a case study of 37-year-old white female who was presented with an uncommon presentation of transient osteoporosis (TO) of both hips in pregnancy. Topics discussed include the patient reporting sudden pain from the 34th week of gestation, obstetric ultrasound revealing live intrauterine pregnancy and the patient recommended for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and analgesics by gynaecologists and orthopaedics.
