Abstract

The article presents a roundtable discussion in 2017 on the economic challenges and opportunities facing the industries and businesses in Montana. Topics include the big disparities in economic growth in the different parts of the state, the decline of wheat and livestock prices which affected many producers and the impact of the strong U.S. dollar on international visitation.
