Abstract

This document is a scientific research that provides a relevant set of data and information influencing the success of an organization. Each person has a set of values that determine the actions, decisions and relationships within the organization or in relation to other people. Knowing and using these "core values", personal and institutional, will determine the behavior of employees, on the one hand and performance, on the other hand. Whether we talk about low, medium or high core values, thus are important for the organization and for the management, to obtain the excellence based on them. The most widely model used in organization's establishment, is the mission and vision, that creates the mechanism for identifying core values and will continue with strategies to achieve grand objectives. We will prove causality of "core values" to obtain the effect of objectives, mission and vision through high performance. Attracting talents and men of character is a basic principle of a multiplier leadership that is found in companies with great results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
