Abstract
- Colorectal cancer (CRC) screening reduces CRC incidence and mortality and is widely recommended. However, despite these demonstrated benefits, a large percentage of the population remains unscreened. The multi-target stool DNA (MT-sDNA) test is a new, non-invasive option for CRC screening that has a high accuracy rate in detection of colorectal neoplasia and offers great opportunity to enhance screening uptake. This review provides the current state of the art knowledge about the use of MT-sDNA in CRC screening. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
