Abstract
- Abstract: Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a benign adnexal neoplasm frequently seen in association with other adnexal tumours. We report the dermoscopic features of three cases of syringocystadenoma papilliferum developing in naevus sebaceus. Clinically the lesions were characterised by exophytic papillary structures. Dermoscopically, polymorphous vessels were the prevalent feature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
