- The article offers information on the Open Media Desk (OMD) session, which focuses on a serious plan-test-plan strategy in advance of the storytelling with a trio of objectives like aligning desired outcomes with the available strategic partners, library resources and talents, and stakeholders. It mentions information on determination of Open Media Desk as an opportunity analysis tool. It presents information on identification of library-friendly influencers as an objective of OMD.
