Progressive multi‐focal leucoencephalopathy among ibrutinib‐treated persons with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.

The article discusses a study which examined progressive multifocal leucoencephalopathy (PML) in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients treated with ibrutinib, a small molecule irreversible inhibitor of Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK).
