Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old patient affected by Brugada syndrome (BrS), with history of ventricular fibrillation, who underwent epicardial ablation of the right ventricle outflow tract (RVOT) arrhythmogenic substrate (AS). Topics discussed include monitoring by electrocardiography (ECG) revealing shifts among the ECG patterns, depolarization hypothesis on the role of slow conduction in the RVOT, and ECG manifestations showing reaction to a change in heart rate.
