Abstract
- The article focuses on perspective of an advocate general (AG) Juliane Kokott over different cases related to data protection. Topics discussed include analysis of the Peter Nowak v Data Protection Commissioner with assessment of being associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CAI) in Ireland; analysis of concerns regarding an open book examinations; and illustration of filing system concept with assessment of examination scripts.
