The article focuses on a clinical trial conducted for analyzing therapeutic use of oncolytic virus in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Various topics discussed include its influence on HCC and primary HCC tissues, nonhuman primates, potency of virus, anticancer drug screening and its toleration by nonhuman primates.
