Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 73-year-old woman with ischemic heart disease and heart failure who presented with shortness of breath and reduced urine output. Topics include medications being taken by the patient, the result of her medical laboratory which revealed severe hyperkalemia and acute kidney disease, and details of a tachycardia-dependent Brugada phenocopy.
