Abstract
- The article discusses how librarians can participate and support ever expanding diversity and inclusion initiatives on campuses across the U.S. It is noted that culturally responsive teaching is a method of incorporating various students' cultures and lived experiences into their education to improve their classroom engagement, content relevancy, and fostering diverse perspectives.
