Abstract

The author aims is to analyze the absurdity as the dominant of A. Platonov's existential worldview, a defining category of his anthropology. The author uses philosophical-anthropological approach, descriptive and comparative–historical methods for a discovery of the topic. The social-realistic approach to studying the writer's creativity is criticizing by the author. A. Platonov is considered as a bright carrier of an existential consciousness, an existential worldview. The investigator emphasizes that the peculiarity of the worldview of A. Platonov is a close interweaving of the absurdity with the primitive. This circumstance finds its embodiment in the writer's attempt to hold the principle of a special primitive view of the world - the view of the child. The result is the emergence of a world of bizarre forms of human existence, the world of absurdity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
