Abstract

The article discusses a study that aims to expand the extant literature that addresses the modality by which respondents to a health services survey returned study materials. Study highlights include adaptation of the recruitment process from the tailored design method, distribution of income and educational attainment according to chi-square likelihood ratio tests, and a table that outlines characteristics of survey respondents by response format.
