Abstract

The article focuses on the Trial of Randomized Umbilical and Fetal Flow in Europe (TRUFFLE) study which analyzed singleton pregnancies at 26–32weeks of gestation with a diagnosis of fetal growth restriction. The study primarily concluded survival without cerebral palsy or neurosensory impairment. It discusses neurodevelopmental impairment change with gestational age and its relation to neonatal morbidity.
